Lowest price we found in a short period of time and we are full of regrets. Rude custemer service when they did finally answer the phone. The transprter didnt speak english and too difficult to understand. The website didnt provide any tracker as advertised. The trucking company could not fulfull there obligation to diliver out car. We were told many excusses why we were not having our car dilivered. The driver was not carrying the proper documentation for the transport or had a worrent. We had to drive 2 state away to get our car. Once we got our car it was filthy. Covered with dirt and mud. We later washed it and the bumper had been scratched and damaged. $630 worth of damage. I will not ever use this transport company again. Spend an extra $100 and have your car dilivered safely. I'm sure they mean well and trying to make a buck in this crappy economy, but they have no idea how to run a company for costomer satisifaction and how to diliver a car from one state to the next. Delivering our new car was their lowest priority.
